"Swap outs": Lakanto Monk Fruit is a terrific 1-1 sugar equivalent if you're not a Stevia fan. But be sure to read labels, though: avoid the "pink and blue packets" that are filled with chemically processed sweeteners that do a lot of damage to your system. You can also try 1 teaspoon of organic coconut butter instead of the MCT for a more "vanilla", creamy taste. Quick tip: MCT oil is a terrific, healthy fat that is used by your brain. This will keep you full and focused for sure. But if you're new to using MCT oil, start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon at first to see how your body reacts. It can cause some "tummy troubles" if you use too much. Where's the ...? Looking for a creamer to 'soften' the tea? Try a splash of coconut milk or 1/2 scoop vanilla collagen powder. Again, I stay away from dairy since it's so inflammatory to my system. But you do you. Blend and pour. | ||
